1. What is your return policy?
- Currently, we do not accept returns. However, we are considering introducing a return policy in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
2. How do I return a product?
- At this time, we do not accept returns. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Can I exchange a product for a different one?
- Yes! We allow exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, but the product must still be sealed in its original packaging. Please reach out to us within this time frame, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- While we don’t currently accept returns, we do offer product replacements for any defective or damaged items. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging for exchanges.
5. What if I received a damaged or faulty product?
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it for you at no extra cost. Please contact us right away with details and, if possible, a photo of the damage, and we will arrange the exchange.
